Wal-Mart To Pay Up To The Tune of $640 Million!

Anecdotally, I can tell you that they are typically very difficult to deal with when a customer has an accident or injury in their store.  They do not pay, so most people who are injured at a Wal-Mart must hire a personal injury attorney and file  an injury claim or injury lawsuit.

of employees.  Wal-Mart does what many employers do when there is a work injury.  They take the default position that the employee is somehow dishonest.  That’s  just terrible.  Just because an employee  is injured at work does not mean that they are dishonest.  I have yet to meet a person who wants to be injured.
